    hey what’s up guys. I have a question that I feel I already have the answer too but I just want other guys points of views. So yesterday me and my gf had sex which was great but the problem wasn’t that, I was currently on day 21 of no PM, I was feeling great, but after we had sex I went to sleep later that night and I orgasmed by grinding on my bed. I got caught up in the “chaser effect”. So my question is does that mean I relapsed even tho is wasn’t Porn or normal Masturbaion

    If you did it consciously, then yes you relapsed. If you did it in your sleep, unconsciously, no. If you started doing it unconsciously but later when you almost climaxed and you were aware, and you let it happen anyway, don't beat yourself up. Don't count it as a relapse.

    Thanks for the advice bro, I counted it as a relapse because I did consciously do it but I’m not trippin, Ima just start my streak over

    Cool. Just remember, relapsing doesn't mean your work is undone completely. It does set you back quite a bit, from what I've read, especially if you're doing it in less than 2 weeks of starting a reboot. In other words, your progress isn't erased, but just set back. Just don't binge assuming, just because you relapsed once, you could go ahead and do it a few more times before starting anew. I'm 28 days in. My goal is 90 days but I'm having terrible urges last two days. I've not been able to focus on anything, all I could think about is sex. Tried to play video games to divert myself, only helped a bit, then when I was done gaming, the urges were back. It's hard. But I have PIED problems and I need to quit and reboot. I've read many posts reg these urges, and they say, you will have a few of them here and there, but eventually it will get easier. I'm holding on to that, because I'm currently all brain fogged and depressed, more so because I just had a break up. But need to stay strong. Even if I relapse once. But relapsing once, apparently causes Chaser Effect, where you want to O more. So even planning to do it "just once" doesn't help at all. Such a mindfuck this lol. But let's hope for the best.
