    More testosterone causes acne. So since there were more men fapping less they had more acne & hair. The poison is porn bro

    There are hundreds of people who can attest that the inverse is true. A lot of fapstronauts who made it to 90+ days claim that NoFap actually cured their acne and other skin problems.

    Yeah I agree with this too but I’m talking about teen and early twenties acne. I’m 47 and nofap has cleared my skin till it’s glowing!!
