Respecting a woman is the best way to tell her how beautiful she is

I got up early and was enthusiastic to play football with my friends. The morning was fresh, pleasant, cold and joyous. We played football for about 1 and a half an hour. While returning to my home I was tired. Had heavy breakfast, did house chores and slept for half an hour. There were some mild urges during the afternoon when I saw some women crossing the road next to my home. I being a porn and masturbation addict started observing women as objects rather consisting them a part of our human tribe and our family. We must all work on this to engage in real-life relations and share our experiences with them. We must respect them and treat them equally as we treat ourselves. The day when we stop observing women as objects we will become matured and a civic man. This will make us socially strong and the idea of men being dominant will be completely removed from this planet. I along with those reading my post make 100% promise to respect every woman I observe in my daily life. Hope this will rewire our brain from porn and masturbation addiction. As always never look back, no regrets of past, be in present and work to improve self, work hard, dream big and keep moving forward.
