"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life." Romans 6:23

The knowledge I am sharing with you is from God. You don't need to believe in God or serve him to use this. This is a way to ease your mind as you recover..

How long have you been addicted to porn? 5 yrs? 10 yrs? More? Doesn't matter. Every single person will need to go through this recovery phase to accomplish every goal they're seeking across this Nofap forum. It all starts with Ressurection. Being addicted to porn for whatever underlying reason, acceptance, romance, power, can be equally said as being a slave to porn, or being enslaved to whatever underlying reason but for now we'll focus on porn.

Now the scripture about says "the wages of sin is death," not saying pleasure is a sin. It isn't a sin to own a gun, but if you use it incorrectly it becomes a sinful tool. Naked women aren't a sin, but used incorrectly, Etc. Etc. Either way the only price you can pay for that is death. Not just long-term, but short-term as well. Long-term, wasting all of your bodily fluids and conditioning your mind to accept porn as normal can lead to serious medical and mental issues which could ultimately lead to other more seriously wrong and deranged activities. Short-term it's going to affect you the way it has now; by giving you a porn-induced sexual dysfunction.

The only way to be free from death is to be resurrected from the dead. Since you aren't completely dead yet, you can be ressurected from the grip death has on you. As you may have figured, to achieve ressurection you must stop PMO, but just because you stop PMO doesn't mean everything will just bounce back to normal. Ressurection takes on three steps: spiritual/mental ressurection, then physical ressurection.
    1. Spiritual: Realizing you are no longer slave to your vice.
    2. Mental: Reconditioning your mind to this realization
    3. Physical: Witnessing the manifestation of the first two steps.
There is never a quick fix to your problems, especially if they were years in the making. Usually if you're here you've already begun step 2, but without step 1 step 2 fails to work. It's because most people view themselves as having to run away from porn when in reality the first time you said no to porn and meant it you made porn subject to you. You showed yourself that you no longer need porn to fulfill those underlying desires. Once you realize you're free from having to watch such garbage because you said "no" then whenever an urge comes along, though it may be tough, you must decide whether to resist or give in. It even helps when you may find your resolve weak and you begin to look, mid-session it'll be easier to stop when you keep this in mind.

If you follow this then ultimately you'll begin to see results, but it's up to you to see it through. Good luck all, stay strong!
