Return after a year

greetings everyone. I’m a 70 year old husband, father and grandfather. I’m returning to nofap after a year. My life is significantly better from when i started Nofap then. My porn use is practically nill now, I have come to terms with my sexuality. I am bi and I finally told my wife and 3 adult children. As a result of “coming out” I no longer feel oppressed by those inclinations which had so badly distorted my sense of sexuality and desire. I actually feel very little desire for gay sex now but still find a handsome young man a wonderful thing to look at.
I’m back now hopefully to eliminate the last vestiges of porn and to stop completely any masturbation. I want to be totally open only to my wife for orgasm. Hoping that by coming back I can do that.
BTW my P use was extensive and predominantly gay, M was out of control. I never made 30 days W/O masturbating but I did that several times. I just kept at it. So, even if I did not succeed perfectly, I am incredibly happier and grateful for the help I got here back then.
