return to nofap after a year

I joinee nofap last year in june. I successfuly completed no pmo of june. aftr 30 days my brain, penis rebooted at level. My erection got hard. I somehow lost connection from nofap. I again got addicted to porn. In next month i got laid with prostitute. I am feeling so guilty about my last year addiction. If i would had continued with nofap, the reboot level would had been something diffrent. I have very weak penis now. Intense masturbation is the cause behind this.
But i want to start nofap again from today. I m looking forward for long term no pmo, nofap.
