Saw Sin City - Is this a relapse?

Went to the movies and saw Sin City which for obvious reasons is worse then triggering. It showed not only nudity but two sex scenes. I am rolling my eyes at writing this. Even though the nudity and sex are pertaining to the whole sin city concept. And the cinematography is amazing, but sex, and nudity are rampant.

I shouldn't have seen it. How much of my reboot is now hurt? I don't feel like my brain got dopamine at all, as I feel terrible.

Anyway I'd be cool what any of you suggest specially those who have been in this 30 days and more.

Not gonna PMO and relapse. As I feel just feel disgusted.

I know at day 35 it is too early to say but I don't feel like watching porn at all in all classic scenarios: After seeing girls, after watching R movies, as a night cap, in the mornings, when I'm alone. The only time when any serious urges present themselves is when I am inundated at work and want to procrastinate.

And I don't feel I'll relapse another 60+ days from now.

Anyway, the little counter provides some childlike purpose. Like receiving a sticker as a kid or something. Easiest conditioning to change past PMO behavior.

But I need answers. Who here has rebooted while still watching the occasional rated R movie? Who here has rebooted by abstaining from everything, including that?

I can relate completely... I've been watching Game of Thrones for the past couple weeks, and to anyone who knows what that entails... well scenes that are alarmingly similar to Sin City if you get what I'm saying. Anyway, I'm doing fine, no I have not given in after watching some of these scenes, if anything, they have solidified my new mentality... I feel almost empowered by having control over my sexual urges after watching R rated scenes. I mean obviously they should be avoided, but long story short, I am fine and doing well... and you sound like you will be alright as well.
    Cheers mate.

You're reboot isn't hurt...too much. It's really hard to avoid sexual imagery in today's world. As long as you didn't touch yourself, which you said you didn't, and you don't want to see it again, your reboot is fine. I'm only 5.5 days in though.

I seriously mean no offense beauty, but since you posted that you relapsed. Do you think Game of Thrones may have been part of the cause?

To the OP. For at least the 90 days and maybe a little longer I would recommend avoiding sexually explicit material. Why add to the difficulty? The movies will still be there when you're more prepared to deal with them in the future.

I personally do not watch any movies or shows like that.

I had been going strong for a couple months... but with all the wet dreams I had been having, I stumbled upon a triggering picture online and it set me off. I personally don't think Game of Thrones had anything to do with it... but who knows really, mentally it may have given a chink in my armour.

Games of Thrones, Sin City and other certificate 18 programmes or films contain pornography. I would endorse MW's comment about this and the need to avoid such like the plague.
