Schwarzenegger's challenge! Can you beat it?!

    Well,this challenge is not made by Arnold Schwarzenegger,it's make by me. This challenge will bring you to the next level and after the challenge you will feel a lot better and different. So there are the rules:

    1. FIX SLEEP HOURS (e.g: Sleeping time : 9PM to 7AM) Go to bed early,get out of bed early.
    2.WORKOUT 3-5 TIMES A DAY (WEEKEND PAUSE 2 DAYS)
    3.FOCUS ON YOUR REAL LIFE GOALS (GRADUATING,STUDYING FOR SCHOOL,IMPROVING BAD MARKS,ETC)
    Challenge Duration : 60 DAYS

    NOTE :
    If you relapse,peak,or watch porn,you fail.
    If you go to bed at the exact hour you set and can't sleep,don't worry,try to sleep,even if it takes 1-2 hours,but without your phone.
    If you don't take the weekend pause,you fail.
    If you don't work out,you fail.

    THIS IS THE CHALLENGE I HOPE YOU'LL LIKE IT AND ENJOY IT! POST ON THIS THREAD EVERYDAY FROM THE DAY 0 TO DAY 60! MY DREAM IS TO CLOSE PORN WEBSITES AND BAN PORNOGRAPHY! STAY STRONG FAPSTRONAUTS!
