in the last one week i have screwed my recovery process, more so in the last 3 days, i have masturbated n number of times thinking about a girl i was talking to and then watching porn.
I feel filthy and gross. I feel bad about the loss, it was my longest streak ever. 50 days approximately.
had taken a lot of dedication and discipline, now i need to start from scratch. It sucks to be this person, I feel really lonely and hollow from inside.
