Second Chances

Hi all. Been here before with not much success but as No Nut November coming round the corner, it feels like the right time to try this again.

I’m a 38 year old gay male who quite frankly has had a porn addiction since my early teens. It has been just fairly a constant addiction which I never really saw as a problem, but now that I am older and have been dating, I am realising how much it is impacting on my life.

I struggle with intimacy, emotional regulation and generally just feel shit about myself all the time.

Unfortunately got myself into quite a vicious cycle of ever escalating extremity with the type of porn I have been consuming, and this is something I’m really serious on finally addressing.

Will draw inspiration from the many veteran NoFappers here! Also if anyone wants to connect and help each other, I am happy to do so as well.
