Well I first watched porn when I was 12 and became addicted to watching and gapping in high school. I never knew the damage porn does to you, I never had any motivation in my high school years to do anything and suffered from social anxiety.I never had much motivation in the working world either with my porn addiction getting in the way and effecting my motivation and confidence. I'm now day 12 into my NoFap clense and am already more focused then I have ever been and I am way happier and focusing more on school. I'm glad I stumbled on NoFap and only wish I did sooner.

Appreciate it NewChapterOfMyLife! It will bring change. Every testimony, every person who is willing to open up and share how porn has affected their life allows other people to feel more free to talk about this topic. And the more people talk about porn addiction openly, the more our societies will take action to limit the harmfulness of pornography in our communities and our societies.
