    Top of the day everyone! I am 27 yo guy who is experiencing ED caused by PM! Didn't know that PM is the issue until I failed with the girl twice, as the result - she doesn't want me as the man anymore. Anyway, since the beginning of 2024 starting my "manual celibate", as well as, getting rid of other addictions that are destroying my life, such as smoking and drinking alcohol! However already relapsed twice, so I'm starting again, no fapping for 14 days so far and I'm not dedicated to do so!

    Here looking for advices and guidance! Stay strong!
