    Today its my 16 day of nofap and I found something, may be weird. After my urination little semen came out. It's that a normal ?

    Yes I got mental health problems too but PMO is a problem because I could watch porn right now but I’m stronger then that I’m in recovery

    This is normal. It's worse for me after I have a number 2. Anything you do that stimulates your prostate will cause this reaction. Sometimes, it comes out like jelly but mostly it's clear and more like precum. I've gotten to the point of spotting and thinking I was going to have to wear a condom during the day. It gets better.
