semen leak during bowel movement. I need help

I am on day 98 of nofap today buy I have something that keeps bothering me. I always leak semen like substance during pooping session. I have no idea what happened to my body.

When I was young around 12 years old I started to fap a lot and I always fapped at least 5 to 6 times a week. I was so messed up.
Then when I was 15 Years old after a masturbation session I took a poop and semen leaking from the tip of my p*nis . I didn't feel hurt or burn it was semen leakage when I restrained while pooping.

Now i am doing nofap for 98 days but I still leak semen. I have no idea how to cure this.

Do you guys also have same experience? I seriously need your help and does my excessive maturation be the cause of my issue?
I am still a virgin and never have sex before. Fapping to porn is the only thing I do. I believe something inside my reproductive system has messed up big time

I am extremely concerned about this issue. will it go away on itself if i keep doing nofap for let's say... a year? I haven't told my parents yet because I haven't told them about my porn issues.

 

It happened to me. I have urine dribble or whatever the name is. After I pee there is a sensation of some pee stuck in there and I often have the last drop of pee in my underwear. Based on my experience of reaching 100 days of nofap it is not permanent and will get better overtime.

I am more concerned about the leakage of white fluid after bowel movements.
