Seven day recap

    Wow. I can't believe I have actually made it this far. It just goes to show, that if you can truly envision it, then you will be able to achieve it. #mindovermatter

    Days 1-3
    -No intense urges (occasional flashbacks to porn scenes)
    -No morning wood
    -More tired in morning
    -Don't feel like having conversations

    Days 4-7
    -Morning wood everyday
    -Still tired in the mornings
    -Still don't really feel like engaging in a -conversation

    Day 6 I had absolutely intense urges to use PMO, resisted the urges by taking an ice cold shower and meditating. I am thankful for all of my past relapses, as it has helped enhance my knowledge of why I succumb to PMO in the first place. This time it was due to being tired, angry and home alone.

    Day seven the only noticeable difference was I had amazing recollection my dream. I haven't had dreams in God knows how long.

    the desire for conversations will come, and the sociality will come back too. Mine was around day 16 or so, after I had severe withdrawals!
    Oh, and congrats, keep rollin!!!
