I had the same problem for 8 years, imagine, before sleep or even when I got bored, I would start to imagine myself doing sex with imaginary ( sometimes real ) girls, then, I started to meditate.For the first time in 8 years I found out that I was addicted to this "hobby" of mine, for the first time in 8 years I finally became aware of what I was doing, then, I stopped.Now, I found myself with a very big and empty space in my mind, this space was occupied by my "hobby".Imagine, when I stopped, it was time to sleep, but I had no idea at what else to think about, then, it hit me, why not to use this free time to meditate? So, here I am, almost two weeks of continous meditation before sleep.I also found out how tired I was after a session of dreaming at naked girls, it really sucked my energy like a vacuum cleaner.

I feel no desire to dream about naked girls, now, I know that I was living a lie, an illusion.

Take it from me, I have 8 years of experience, don't do it anymore, this is the biggest trigger and trick that gets you back to P and M.Every time you do something like this, you create sexual energy and this energy has to be used in some way!

 

Checking out your articles now. I tend to binge for several hours. There will be breaks between binges where I fall back asleep usually. My binges range anywhere from 1 to 6 hours normally and I've even hit 12 hours (it's not continuous masturbation, usually there are tons of breaks where I fade out of consciousness). The binges make it difficult to function as a human being, you lose the desire to get out of bed... it's easier to just fantasize more about something and pretend the day didn't happen. Rarely do I ever just masturbate once now, it leads to binges almost every time.

During these binges I even masturbate when I'm not erect. I can usually get myself semi-hard just by deathgripping it or rubbing it non-stop. During the long binges I even have dry-orgasms where I "ejaculate" without anything coming out because everything has already came out during the binge.

 

Hi guys, sorry for bumping an old thread but I really need help with this.

I havent watched porn for more than 2 weeks now. And I'm never ever watching again, my determination is so strong that Im not even counting days.

But I cant help fantasising. The good thing (I guess) is that my fantasies is not about porn I've seen. Actually I think I already forgot all of the porn I watched. But I keep having fantasies about real woman. Sometimes I fantasize the first time I had sex with my wife (which was great). Sometimes, its another girl I had sex before but I fantasize a little differently, . Sometimes its a girl I was into but nothing happened and I fantasize having sex with her.

I dont delibereatly dive into these fantesies, but when I go to bed, or when I wake up they just pop into my head and I cant get away from them. I feel a strong urge to fap, but stop myself there, I never fapped since I quit porn.

Is it ok to have these kind of fantesies, or must i stop?

I wonder, is nostalgy (for example nostalgic memories from some party where I had opportunity to fuck some girl, or nostalgic memories - sexual as well- from the begining of my relationship with my current gf when things were perfect ) also kind of fantasy? I can see it disconnects me from reality in some way.
