I am on day 26, and it's my longest streak. Few hours ago I opened some nude pictures and got aroused then I played with my penis and edged for minutes. Then I stopped, but I am feeling unmotivated and depressed now. So should I masturbate and relapse?
Note : I had a wet dream last night and when I woke up I felt horny.

  2. No way! You will feel 10 times worse if you release/ejaculate. I recently had a 28-day streak and I regret edging to the point of no return. I edged for a while and said what the heck let me just release and cum. Worst mistake! Do not do it. Use the stopwatch installed in your phone and set it to 30 minutes and let it count down to zero. During those 30 minutes do deep breathing exercises to regulate your heart rate and then turn your attention to something else you like doing other than porn. The urges will pass hopefully.

  3. For answer your question: No.

Edging is a terrible thing to do, if you do that during your recovery you will never feel better. You are at day 26, don't ruin all with these toughts.

  4. According to the documentation, masturbating to an edge is worse than masturbating to orgasm. This is because of how the combination of dopamine and DeltaFosB work. So, according to the documentation, you should finish it off.

Whether or not you finish it off, this is definitely both a reset (you should reset your counter to zero because you watched porn and masturbated) and a relapse (you have re-triggered your brain).

Stop watching porn — that's the biggest and most important thing to do. Just stop. Delete your entire porn stash. It's scary, I know, but I felt fantastic when I did it! Cancel all your online porn accounts. Get your ISP and your cellphone provider to block all adult sites. Clearing porn out of your life is by far the most important first step.

And stop masturbating. Everyone who has completed a 90-day hard reboot says how much they got out of it. My 90-day hard reboot (actually longer) gave me such dramatic improvements that I am partway through a second 90-day hard reboot right now just for the benefits.
