Should I try to "hold in" wet dreams?

So I'm feeling great, being in double digits now and whatnot. One of my biggest NoFap motivators is this:
    http://www.people.nnov.ru/celibate/brhat/continence.htm
Super-long article, but worth the read. It discusses at length the harm PMO (and even just O) does to the body. My concern is point #3- "excessive involuntary seminal losses (through nocturnal emissions...) are debilitating to the nervous system and may cause neurasthenia."
Bizarrely enough, I started to have a wet dream this morning and actually remembered that they're supposed to be harmful. I held it for a couple seconds or so (like with edging), then "gave in" to how good it felt and let it just happen. Now I'm feeling foggier and weaker than I have been, almost certainly because of this. So is it recommended to try to hold in wet dreams if possible?

If your pelvic floor muscles are strong enough, you will be able to kegel once you start to realise you are having a wet dream. I have done this before and managed to hold off the orgasm.

However, sometimes i have wet dreamed during the night, not realised, got up and got on with life for two days. Was not until the third night i started to smell something bad, only then did realise i spunked all over my mattress and pillow lmfao. Personally myself, i find wet dreams to give me a surge of sexual energy during the day but i still don't like them cause they are messy and i like to sleep completely naked
