Similarity Between Porn and Online Dating

Maybe so... I struggled for months though with relapses i could not get past even a few days without fapping. It got easier when i made it to 30 days, that is when i became more laser focused on success. My driving force was that i knew i would cure my ED and then i would allow myself to return to the dating. Because i was never going to allow myself to return when i knew i could not get it up. I still have that rejection with me, in the back of my mind when i tried to have sex with a girl, when i was totally numb from porn. Dont want that to happen again if i can help it.

I took eHarmony seriously back then. What really bothered me was that almost all of the girls did not take it seriously. I think the fact that they force everyone to take this long question exam turns people off. So when i finally did complete it and signed in do you know what i saw? Half complete and abandoned profiles. Nobody to talk to, nobody responds. So i guess eHarmony also create fake and spam profiles to make it look like an active service. When really it feels like a lonely world. During my time there i think i talked to maybe 3 real girls. And 2 of them i already talked to on different dating apps. It was like we were the only real people on the whole platform. And it really takes the piss that you have to pay to send and read messages i dont know if its changed now?

At least on match i get tons of profile views and the majority of these girls are real. They actually respond to messages, im shocked...
