Since I decided to quit I realised I have had a lot of time on my hands, so I started improving myself and my appearance and by doing so it not only makes me look better but also feel better as if though I have inner tranquility, once again I can not stress enough how blessed I am to have come stumbled on a community like this, I always thought everyone wanted to carry on fapping and not quit but its good to see how so many people are determined to quit, it's very inspiring. Keep going everyone! Because a greater person today!
I came to the same conclusion when I started out, and it was a shock. If you consider the time you spend watching porn (several hours a week) plus the lethargy that comes with PMO, no wonder why it feels like you "don't have time" for anything. Quitting is definitely the way to go to enjoy life!
