Sinking in left corpus cavernosum after 40 days of NoFap

The last year I did a 45 days of NoFap and when I wanted to test my dick in erection I saw that the left cavernous body had a sinking. After that, I can see this always when my dick is in semierection, going to the complete erection. It seems like if I damage this part because of my masturbation all this years.
