    Sleep apnea has absolutely nothing to do with PMO. It can be caused by a number of reasons but not PMO and it is a serious condition. Go see a doctor. There are means to properly diagnose the cause of sleep apnea and effective treatments.

    Actually dopamine and sleep are connected... pmo affects dopamine.

    It can be caused. I had sleep paralysis since 4 or 5. It could either be magic by the spirits or sleeping on your back.. or pmo.. I know mine was black magic. I use to sleep in the side and stop breathing.. definitely a spell by an envied enemy.. Pmo started at this time too.. science says it only happens when sleeping on your back

    I haven't been on these forums for long but I'm starting to notice a worrying trend in them: people tend to blame their health conditions on PMO as if PMO is the cause of everything. It isn't. Proper diagnostic of an illness can only be done by a doctor and you can't exclude physical causes for that illness just because you have a porn addiction.

    Furthermore, you can't directly relate stopping PMO with getting better from certain symptoms without knowing what caused the symptoms in the first place.

    @Overform
    There are many things that are connected with sleep and numerous triggers for dopamine release or inhibition. Just because PMO releases dopamine you can't establish a correlation with sleep apnea.
