    Hi all,

Whenever I've tried quitting PMO in the past, I've always encountered peculiar sleep disturbances particularly after the initial five to six days. I was just wondering whether others have had similar experiences and if so, how have they tackled the issue. It's only been two days into my reboot but I would like to know ways to handle this situation should it arise again.

I'm on day 25 of hardmode and I have had many nights where I have difficulty sleeping. There are nights where I just feel so anxious that it keeps me up pretty much all night. I haven't discovered a way to deal with this i guess you just have to push through it. Keep strong Brother.

Thanks for the comment @Andre45 . I've read journals of other fapstronauts and find that this is a pretty common problem. One fapstronaut actually takes melatonin to combat this. I'm not sure as to whether this is advisable though. Perhaps it gets better as we progress. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Reaching 25 days in hard mode is pretty impressive. Keep up the good work.

melatonin is not too bad. I took it before, living ina place with extended sunny hours...needing to tell the brain that its time to go to bed..
I bought myself a music CD using "delta" sound waves off Amazon. I play the cd on repeat throughout the night. seems promising

I got delta waves on my white noise machine app on my phone. But I afraid to try it. What do delta waves do?

I just use the fan noise on the app with my bluetooth speaker

Basically, the delta brain waves is the most relaxing of the sleep cycles. Delta wave music is clinically proven. It's attempting to make you spend more of your sleeping time in delta mode, so you get deeper, more rejuvenating sleep.

I found that the first few night, I just had to get used to falling asleep with music on...usually we sleep with the fan on..
After about 3 night, I started noticing that I felt more "recharged" after the night. Not bad for a $15 CD.

    Your mileage may vary!

I used delta waves on my white noise app last night. It sounds Strang and I had turn it loud to hear. So I mixed delta waves with the fan noise and I slept good

One of the goal to reach when they make delta wave music is TO AVOID music/sound patterns....a pattern would get your brain "interested to follow" and would be detrimental.

This is why the music arrangement sounds strange and random...
