Sleeping naked yay or nah?

Definitely doesn't effect rebooting. It is down to personal preference, although, personally, I find that I get more "unnecessary" erections when sleeping completely naked, as there is nothing to hold my 'equipment' down there. It just all hangs.... I will sleep naked when it's especially hot at night.

 

Yes, personal preference. Personally, I need my Jockey briefs to support my equipment - can't sleep with everything swinging, which is why I don't wear boxers either.

 

The real question is do you feel like its affecting things for you ? You obviously have an opinion, otherwise you wouldn't have asked such a specific question

Personally, I wear briefs as I like the support. I get less nocturnal erections and life is generally easier this way.

 

Personal preference. If you like it, go for it. If you want something to contain your junk, then wear something. As long as you can get a good night's sleep, feel comfortable and avoid touching your junk, you're good to go!

No, sleeping naked does not directly affect the reboot process because there is no link between sleeping naked and a dopamine surge. The only possible disadvantage is if when you sleep naked you are more inclined to masturbate to porn. This doesn't apply to me and I like the feeling and the freedom of it, so I sleep naked, no problem.
