Hi everyone
after 10days of NoFap i relapsed yesterday but NoFap site and forum gave me hope to restart my journey
I need some suggestions and answers

1' i think YouTube, Facebook, Instagram is triggering my porn tags it makes me think of porn. Actually for views and likes so many people's sharing glamorous images which ruins my brain how to handle this situation?

2' after i relapses last night 1st my brain start to think that: thats ok today i relapsed one time why can't one more time! So i did 4 pmo but its wrong. How to avoid these thoughts?

3'is there any health benefits being in NoFap?

Thanks

3.) PMO will destroy your health - when you remove it you will begin to experience physical and emotional wholeness.

2.) The thoughts are your thoughts - take responsibility for them; decide to change them to something that gives a better outcome. PMO will ruin your life - the one more time stuff won't ever get you out of the mire.

1.) The only reason you're triggered is because you still want it badly - once you decide it's over then you simply don't go to those sites or you train yourself to look away. I absolutely don't want any part of it ever again, you have to have similar mindset.

Stop using instagram and similar media - it is porn substitute for you and lead you to relapse. Be aware!
