    Im gonna keep this brief.
Basically what bothers me is when Im restarting on a new streak and im pumped up, getting hyped and motivated and all goes well-but, when I go to sleep one night my body might start to try to relapse unconciously. Like a nocturnal emission but more physical. It makes me feel shitty when I wake up cause i dont feel like i can control it. I just try to sleep on my back and think normal thoughts but it still happens sometimes. I really hate it

Having sex dreams is unavoidable and normal. The only time you should be ejaculating is with another person or in your sleep

If you're actually touching yourself in your sleep... Maybe wear pants to sleep or mittens or something? Just don't fap

I had my first sex dream during my challenge last night. In it, a random roommate was preparing to get sexy with a partner on a bed near mine (like live porn), and I began to watch and fap, despite being on no-PMO, even in the dream. The roommate said that he didn't mind, and what I was starting did feel so good; but I stopped myself in the dream after about 15 seconds, because I didn't want to break my streak any worse than I already had. The roommate asked me why I was stopping, and that's when I woke up. I was erect (not at all unusual whenever I awaken), but my hands were nowhere near my penis. I was relieved that I wasn't actually fapping in my sleep. I dismissed it as just a dream--my mind missing porn and wanting to get off--and I quickly went back to sleep.

So, don't let dreams bother you. You can't control then, anyway. Even a wet dream isn't a relapse. Just stay strong and clean while awake, and the dreams will take care of themselves.

Practicing Meditation for 10 minutes before going to bed cleanse you mind and helps you stay away from such dreams.I read it somewhere.I used to meditate and i never had such dreams.I had wet dreams but i dont remember them

Thanks for the helpfulness guys. Unfortunately I let this get to me and relapsed. Knowing that it happens to others make me feel better, however. and I'm not planning on ever giving this up
