Spicy food could work for some of us to alleviate pmo thinking.

    we all get pmo thinking as we attempt to recover from its grip. I just wonder if using spice would be an effective counter-measure. you're stuck in your head when pmo comes knocking and it's like a vicious cycle until your foundations weaken and you give in.

    my "strategy" sometimes is to use spicy foods. Or just spice on it's own. I'm a massive spicy fan, ghost chilli extract is one of the spiciest things I've had and it's pure pain, but it'll get you focusing on that rather than pmo. You don't even have to like spicy food to implement this tbh. Just wondering if you guys agree or not
