Sprem leakage

Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum and this is my 1st post. It has been 6 week since I have started my journal in nofap and it's successful but with in every 2 to 3 week of nofap I get a uneasy feeling on my penis ,I can see sperm going out in my urine and it's burns a lot in my genitals.
Once I masterbated to come over this pain which I didn't wanted to (i did it without porn).

Did anyone who had the same problem?
And how to over come this burning sensation on penis ?
