Stabbing pain in anus after breaking a streak?

This always seems to happen, if I go for awhile without jerking off and then break my streak, I will get this immense pain in my anus, and nothing can make it go away. Walking around doesn't help but standing does make it a little less intense, trying to poop doesn't help and doesn't work, I just stand around and wait for it to subside enough to go to sleep again. It's a sharp pain that lasts a few minutes buts it's painful. Google says this condition is called proctalgia. I am really scared guys.

Does anyone else get this pain after breaking streak?

 

I have seen many guys complaining about it. As soon as they break the Streak they get the anus pain. I think it's just the muscles clenching.
