Start Of My Journey

When I first started PMO I thought nothing of it. First I started of with looking at hot pictures (with clothes) then I started to develope, then without clothes then porn and I don't want it to get to a stage higher where it wrecks my life even more. Every time I try to stop I go well and might get to 15-30 days then when I start PMO again I go back into the loop hole and start doing it around 4-7 times a week. I don't think I have ever abstained from PMO for more than 30 days now I am determined to get to 90 days and hopefully forever.
