Hello community!
I‘m a 17y/o teenager who started NoFap on the 16th November 2018!
In the first 10 days everything was good! I didn‘t have any precum! But in days 15 to 20 , when I was outside in the city and saw hot girls, I got precum (without getting a really hard dick, hope you understand what I‘m trying to say) Then in December from the 18th to the 28th , I was traveling and very tired. So I didn‘t get precum in these days and didn‘t look at sexy women.

So my question.Did I relapse?Because I neither touched my dick, watched porn or orgasmed. Btw I had 3 wet dreams.

Totally ok whats happening, you are young, dont be to hard on yourself. Try not to fight those pics and flashbacks, what really helps is to consciously be aware of your thoughts and those pics and let them gently pass. What you can do is that you look every woman deep into their eyes and go search for their actualy soul, not boobies and butt. Look at older women like age 60 to 70. Some of them radiate a feminine essence that is so attractive that i can watch them walk for hours.
Now talk to women, just a little smalltalk, but not only the hot ones. Say to a 60 year old, maybe fat cashier that she got a really nice smile and she looks happy. Or if you see somebody who looks tired, tell them they look tired and they could take a minute to rest.

Women are only humans too, they shit too like men, they get drunk, they do mistakes, after a time of actual seeing the woman and not only her hotness you will see that a lot of them are not that hot. Dont put em on a pedestal

i agree, especially about looking into their souls, when we stop looking at woman as objects and just admire their strength and the qualities they give off, we will be able to see them in a whole new way, a way we can respect and admire them.
