Started Today !!

Hey! Everyone I am new on NoFap....Porn has destroyed my life mainly the Academic life ...Struggling to Fulfill by dreams ...all because of porn i have lost my confidence, self esteem ...Sometimes it feels that i am burden on my parents ...i have broken there trust they are unhappy because of me not getting good grades in Academics...The main reason behind it is Porn...a secret habit Which i can't discuss with anyone ...my respect for women has gone ..I only view them as objects ...not humans who deserve love and respect....But now I want to change ...i want to become a good human being who respects other human beings
i want to beat this Addiction
