STARTING 4TH DAY

Today I am starting the 4th day in the challenge of
Sober September because I started on August 31 unintentionally.
Yesterday was a very good day, I could notice a rise in my self-esteem and in my confidence, also as I had classes almost that you did not feel like masturbating for most of the day.
The only problem is that I am having trouble maintaining the habit of meditation, also I am not entirely sure that my partner in the challenge is fully committed to it.
But even so, I don't want to worry too much for now. I'm going to talk about it with him later.
