Hey everyone! Im just writing here because i've been fighting with por addiction since i was like 10 or 12 years old and there have been sometimes in my life that i felt that it was imposible to quit. But right now i feel so inspired by all the persons in this forum being in this fight also and im commiting to myself to finally break the chains of this addiction. So i started no nut november and i just lasted 12 days then i relapsed and relapsed again so im starting again now. i have erased all my social media apps and im going hard mode, if you didnt complete nnn challenge like me dont stop i think relapses are part of the process then you get smarter and know when you are fooling yourself to relapse again. Lets keep going to no nut never.

12 days is a good start, I believe you can beat that streak. What others have been able to achieve, you can too. Best of luck
