I am 22 years old. I started watching porn from 13.its been a long time I had been watching porn and with or without watching it I used to masterbate.I masterbated on average 4 to 5 times a week and sometimes even more.there were times when i couldn't have an erection at all even by watching porn.it recovered in a week or so.did not think about it much.but recently I discovered my cum has become watery meaning sperm count is decreasing and also the erection dissapears really soon.I also noticed my choice of porn is changing and the porn that worked before doesn't make me hard now.really concerned about the situation. I last masterbated on 2nd may.i want to stay 90 days PM free.
