starting my reboot again

    Ive been on NoFap for the last two years and the longest ive gone is 80days. by far those were the best days of my life. After that it was usually a half assed attempt. im starting anew again now. today marks day 0 as ive already fapped 3 thrice in the span of an hour. my goals are to take it slowly. achieve one day at a time.
