I posted a similar post but didn’t get that much help. Now I’m starting to get discouraged about it. Six days after reboot I had my first wet dream and that started four nights in a row of wet dreams. Why am I having them every night?? Is my body producing too much semen? Does wet dreams slow down the production of semen? I can’t find anyone who has had this many this early so I can’t find any help. If you have any tips to keep my head up it would be appreciated much.
It's because you are an addict and you are not getting your fix. You will have these dreams for a long time! Ex-alcoholics dream about booze, people on weight loss diets dream about binge eating. It's totally normal, and it's a sign that your reboot is working. Take it easy, take it as a sign that you are doing better
If you are a young man, and used to wank alot, you produce a lot of semen. The production will calm down eventually. Everything with the body takes time. You have billions of neurons that have to get used to the new way of life. It takes some time. Patience my friend!
Honestly bro, everyone's process is different. You're doing what you're supposed to be doing. I'm surprised on a daily and weekly basis of the changes happening. This process has a positive trend towards progress, but it is not strictly linear by any means. Wet dreams, flat lines, headaches, etc etc all part of the process. I'm noticing they come and go for me.
Okay that helps. I’ll wait it out and see if it gets better. I was never a severe addict. I would watch porn every few days or so but it went on for a long time. Thank you guys.
