So today marks 55 days without PMO.
However, I still feel as if I am connected to PMO.
I know I really want to get rid of this addiction, but sometimes when a fantasy comes along, I don't always get rid of it from my head. Yes I don't act on it and I haven't relapsed by doing this, but I really don't like it when I linger on these thoughts. It even happens when an arousing thing pops up on the TV. It isn't something that is compeltetly pornographic, it may just be some women in bikinis, but sometimes I can't get myself to look away, and I end up triggering myself for no reason. Yes there has been some times I have been able to look away, but I still do it.
I also still feel as if I am still connected to PMO as I have been having dreams about me relapsing. And in the dream I feel horrible that I have done it, but then I wake up and realise it was just a dream.
I don't know if there is much I can do but be more strict, but if there is anyone with some advice, I would be happy to listen.
    Thanks guys

Out of sight, out of mind rule still apply's. Looking at P everyday for years makes it hard to forget, but personally, I can only remember a small handful of pornographic images I've previously watched and I've been doing this for for less then a year. It gets better

It is the addiction that is still trying to hold on to yourself but you must be patient. There are triggers almost everywhere but you must ignore them and move on,don't analyze it too much. Ok you saw something that triggered you by accident, look away and take a few seconds dismissing that which you saw.

About the dreams it is nothing you need to worry about.Your brain takes time to heal and all this abuse from P and M have a place in your head. You must keep going and after some time your brain will heal and you will no longer feel the need to give in.I remember a dream i had where i watched porn and then masturbated but it was just a dream,a fake reality that my brain created so i did not pay any attention to it

Let time heal your brain.Be patient and don't give in beacause the healing process takes time

Hey man, same thing here. 60 days without P, and now 38 days without M (found nofap after i quited P). I still sometimes linger wih my thoughts after i get triggerd. It is easier to deal with than lets say a few weeks ago. But I think that is normal. Ik sometimes give in to a little bit of fantasising, but manage to stop it quite early on. Our brain reflexes to stop the addicted brains impulses ecomes stronger every day, but maybe not even at 90 days. I think for me it will take longer than that.

Be proud of what you have achieved so far, the link to PMO will get looser and looser day by day.
