A little late this month but still a good time to leave a commitment and announce your current rebooting / retention progress. The purpose of this thread is to provide Rebooters with a place to share their commitment to abstaining from particular sexual behaviors throughout the entire month. Although it is strongly recommended to make a public commitment, posting in this thread is not required for participation in a reboot. New to reboot? Here are some suggestions: Learn about porn addiction, excessive masturbation, and abstaining from PMO (a process called "reboot" or "rebooting"). Our free Getting Started guide that is advertised everywhere is a great option. Decide if abstaining from PMO is something that you really want. If you don't buy into the process 100%, you'll probably not make it through the month. If you have decided that you would like to participate, proceed to step three. Sign up for this month by replying to this thread. Consider setting up a PMO-tracking day counter to monitor your progress. Create a Journal Thread and share your progress periodically, preferably on a daily basis. Not only does this help you stay accountable, it documents valuable anecdotal evidence that will ultimately help other people going through similar situations in the future. Ask questions and get support by posting on NoFap. Help others, too, if you are able to. Get an accountability partner. Would you like to participate? By default it is one month, but 90 days is recommended for rebooting. You can't know how long it will take to "rewire" your brain, it widely varies due to individual circumstances. Some people require a year or longer to regain sexual function. What are your goals? Why are you doing this? Coming in after this month has already started? Don't panic - it is not a problem. Day 1 and planning to go PMO free this month so that I could focus on growing professionally and get away from my stagnant schedule and also overcome my social anxiety and get more time to be involved in my hobbies. I want to view women as humans to able to be in a loving successful relationship in the future
Why'd you guys delete my September Competition? It was a fun point-based competition between lots of people. I was tracking 30+ people on Google Sheets with the intention of doing this every month so that they can see how much progress they're making each month.. Instead you take that down and put up a September challenge 3 days late

I wondered what happened??? But let’s not get upset. It’s great it’s still here in some form. Sept 4 and have been staying busy doing constructive things. Went to dentist, young lady cleaning my teeth was a pretty and delightful person. I talked to her instead of lying there lusting after her. She really brightened my day with her upbeat personality. Thanks to Based Zeus from YT I was able to think of questions that got her talking. Treating women as human beings instead of potential “pin cushions” is certainly the way to go. She’s too young for me so I just left it at a nice conversation with a nice person. Then I worked at parent’s house. Took a nap. Going to the SAA meeting in a few minutes. Going to start a journal now.
