Strategys for quitting porn

Hi everyone

My name is Erik, and I'm a former pornaddict. I quitted porn last year, 27 februari 2017, and I'm currently writing a help your self book, on how to quit a pornaddiction. It's basicly like 12 steps, but for porn instead of alcohol and in consists of many of the methods used by addicts, such as CB-analysis, day counter and avoiding triggers.

Anyhow, I'm always looking for methods and strategys for quiting porn, and if anyone have any tips, please feel free to write them. Also if you need any tips, or any strategys to quit, please contact me and I share what i know with you. I used to be really addicted, but i haven't seen porn in over 9 months, so I know that my strategys have worked.

I'm gonna hang alot around the site, collecting knowledge for my book. Maybe I'l comment some threads, and maybe I'll start one of my own.

I'm currently looking for good news articles on how porn change the prefrontal cortex and make us more impulsive and less planning, and if anyone have any, please link them.
