Struggled a lot yesterday

Just wanted to share my struggle with the community here. I'm doing hard-mode 90 days with no intention of stopping after 90 days, but at least setting that as a reasonable short-term goal.

Yesterday was tough for me. Couldn't fall asleep and really wanted to whip it out. I didn't though and it felt so out of the ordinary to not do it. I'm still fairly new to this. Only been really trying for a couple years now with various levels of success. Longest streak being 58 days of no PMO. I'm just glad I've been able to string together another 10 days after the last O which was very unexpected.
