I would like to start off by saying one thing. 'Everyone is a diamond'. If you are reading this post, it means you are a diamond. Well, you might be wondering, what the hell am I saying, what reason backs this statement of mine. Well, I have a question for you all - Has anyone ever wondered how diamonds are formed. While, I am not an expert on this stuff, I will give a simple analogy to get you going. Diamonds are just mere metals or stones found near volcanic regions. They don't look that good in the beginning. Once found, they are extracted from the rocks and then processed. The diamond which is sold in the markets are the ones which undergo a lot of pain. Yes, I deliberately used the word, PAIN. Diamonds are cut by special tools and not just ordinary stuff. They are cut at specific angles so as to have a particular shape. It's only after going through all this pain, does it really shines and it's value is 100 times more than what it was when it was found in the rocks. Well, now, pay attention guys, the diamond is nothing, but we people, each and everyone on this planet, the tools used to cut diamonds are the problems in life, or rather challenges, good or bad. Every time, a problem hits us, we are cut in a particular shape, we are being slowly converted into diamonds. A diamond never backs out in the middle of it's process, it simply takes all the beating for it knows the price it will have at the end. We too as humans, need to believe that every setback is a punch by life, a dent in our journey, a cut in our life so as to become the diamond we so deserve to become. We can cry, we can fell dejected, we can bleed and it's all OK, but we can't quit or we can't stop moving ahead, for that's what is required at the end. So, remember guys, whether it's PMO or any life challenge, you are shaped into a diamond slowly, we just don't know our true worth...!

Well, having motivated you with this small analogy, I would like to share some tools and techniques I used to help myself out..!

    1. I was all alone, and its during the hardest time in life when you come to know the true colors of your friends. So, I stayed close to family. Trust me when I say this, nothing is as comforting as family. Talk to mom, dad, sibling or to your pet, yeah I am serious talk to pets. Whent out all yours emotions no matter if you are a boy or girl. I cried when I was alone and I carry no shame in it, it removes the dirt from body and keeps you calm, also makes space for important stuff in mind, so do cry out the stuff which troubles you, alone or with someone, your choice.
    2. Next, a soothing music to help you focus on your tasks and productivity. Check this out:
http://rainymood.com/ . This is what helped me initially and I do listen to it sometimes.
    3. I stumbled across this channel on youtube: 'Wave Of Good Noise'. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/user/WaveOfGoodNoise. It has awesome collection of indie songs. Keep it on shuffle mode when working and you will stumble upon something awesome.
    4. Well this is what I stumbled upon. Feel free to check this guys out: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXXtcdTIu-usD7rrq1w0TAw. Their name is Hollow coves. Their album wanderlust is very mesmerising. Surely will keep you calm.
    5. I never listened to plain audio, but this thing surely caught my attention. Another band named 'Inward Oceans' is what I relied on. Here is their link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCd87Xpz69iWbmULu1lMhtWw. Their song 'Rolling Through' is a must to listen. It's ok if you don't listen to any other song, but this one is what just caught my attention. I have listened to this song on loop for 8 hours straight and it just drifts you to a place so peaceful that, you will fall asleep at times. Listen to it in headphones, for best effect.
    6. Now, ask yourself what you want, and be it any bizzare stuff, just write it down. Create a dream book. Yes, you heard it right, a dream book. Cut images of food, clothing, an adventure you would like to go on, anything, anyone you want, and put it up in a scrap book, called dream book. Look at it very day first thing in morning and very night before sleep while creating a mental picture of it. Feel happy. Trust me it works. Will take a few days to get used to it but it works.
    7. Follow, these 2 people on Instagram. 'Mindsetplot' and 'Maleslife'. They helped me realize stuff when nobody was there. Their posts and apt quotes will enlighten you and make you realize to move forward.
    8. Nature loves balance. What goes comes back for sure, in unexpected ways. Try to do a small good deed everyday. It can be anything, as good as watering plants, smiling at a neighbour, lending a helping hand, anything which brings a smile on someone's face. Do it often, not because I said so, but because you feel so. Initially, it may feel a lot weird, but then it will become a habit. Take care of people and you will be taken care of eventually.
    9. Another video, which inspired me to keep going. I remembered my childhood days seeing it, so thought to share it. For anyone who loves or doesn't love cycling here is something to look at. The guy is Danny MacAskill. He is a professional trials biker. Check this out. Again headphones recommended: .
    10. Start gyming. I recently hit the gym and boy, lifting those dumbbells does help us get our mind over some stuff. If not gym, then practice meditation, like I try to do it at times. Keeps everything under control.

Lastly, just don't give up. Don't be afraid to fall, for every fall will teach you something. See, its not a crime to relapse, as we are humans not robots, it's quitting after a relapse which makes it all the more worse. Pray to God for those who believe, to thank him for what he has given. For those who don't believe in the almighty, thank nature for what is given to you. At the end of the day everything is the same. It just depends on what you believe and how you take it. Sharing helps in growing and feel free to share this knowledge if it works for you to others, so that they benefit.

Good Luck Guys. Have a great and awesome day!
