Hey guys, I'll keep this post as short as possible. I've been struggling with PIED for a couple of years because I was a porn user for a long period of time. Yeah I know, I was stupid as most of us here but it's never too late to work on yourself! Remember that! I had a couple of streaks here and there but couldn't stay on the right track once and for all which drove me crazy. Like a month ago I decided to train hard like I used to before, have a clean diet lot of protein and salads and drink lot of water and try to have a good sleep routine. Last one I went to see one girl and spend some time with her. We were like cuddling, touching each other in sexual way and I didn't get fully hard but we didn't have sex because I thought I couldn't maintain erection. After like an hour-two playing with each other, I came. I decide to sleep over at her place and in the morning we started touching again but I felt that my refractory time is like very long, that's because I haven't cured my PIED yet. Nevertheless, she said let's try it and I was not optimistic at all and wanted to avoid it because I wasn't sure I could perform but I was like okay let's give it a try if I fail I don't give a fuck. If I don't try, I will never know. I put a condom and voala, I managed to perform without any problem. I was like wtf is going on and I did feel sensation down there so that's why I couldn't last that long. The reason why I say that I am not cured yet is because it should be rock hard constantly, I should experience morning wood and my refractory time should be way quicker as it used to before. This experience was a huge step towards the goal but I have to be aware that I am not cured yet and keep my eyes on the prize. Good job man ! Was the same 2 days ago, got sex with someone I liked but I was so nervous that my thing didn’t work. But it worked, I was at 80% hard which is very good. Sensibility wasn’t here but it’s ok keep up the good work at and be proud of yourself
