    How do you know you still have ED after 51 days of abstinence from PMO? Do you still masturbate or have sex with a girlfriend? I think you should abstain from that as well, for some time at least.

    I dont masturbate or have sex. I don't do any of that. I've stopped the occassional fantasizing too.

    But my morning erections are returning and regular now. Not as hard as it was before PMO-ing but it lasts for quite a long time. Still flatlining.
