I've posted a thread like this before and that thread managed to change me and some friends from watching porn daily to doing it few times a month. Our best contestant was my dear friend @Griitings who have completed 39 days clean, I congratulate him on his great success. Now again I want to go on with TEN fapstronauts who are in their first week, so we can start together as a group of 10 people. It will be much more better to start the road with other people who support you and tracking your progress daily. I think it will be much more harder to relapse if you are in a group than being alone. In a thread of 10 people noting their progress daily, advices and experiences. I believe we can really reach our 90 Day without porn GOAL. Why 90 days? Most people who have been fighting porn addiction for years said that brain rebooting reaches a very good level after 90 days and it is much easier then to go on for 180 days and Then to regain your successful life again. Day 1 Completed: I had a night shift at work, nothing to worry about, I am 2 days far from completing Phase 1. The first days are the most difficult days in the brain rebooting process, I am waiting to see your progress my friends @StraightEdge3616 @FlowingSaiyan
Day 7 I didn't have any urges today. It feels pretty good to be back at day 7 (after I hit rock bottom last week). I hope everyone is doing well.
Thanks brother. And I am taking inspiration from you, seeing that you are not taking your relapse as a setback. Keep going!
Day 2 Completed: I had a night shift at work, no thoughts yet, I am 1 day far from completing Phase 1. My last streaks were in the range of 6-7 days, I expect my brain will start requesting pmo habit again within the next days because it is used to produce high dopamine levels every 6-7 days. Understanding this fact, I hope to be ready to break this closed ring and go further on this journey. I am waiting to hear from you my friends, @Griitings @FlowingSaiyan You didn't write yesterday my friend @StraightEdge3616 , it's not good for you because fighting alone will make it easier for you to relapse, that's why noting your daily progress is a must in our group.
Don't think too much about it brother. If you do then you would definitely have urges on that day. Just focus on today. You don't know what the future might hold for you. You may have no urges on day 7. Urges depend on a lot of factors, not just the day number.
Thanks for the advice, I will try to get myself busy at work or watch TV series to keep away those thoughts.
DAY 8 It's been quite a while since I came this far. I usually always relapsed on day 7. But I didn't have any urges today. Guys, I am sorry to announce that I have relapsed. In fact, I am beginning to be afraid and worried about the way I'm not able to control this habit. I come up with strong resolutions only to lose my guard later in the day. I am losing my motivation. What do you think I should do guys?
