Terminology Question

    I hear the term "brain fog" thrown around on this forum a lot as something that can be overcome through NoFap. It seems self-explanatory, but I don't really get it & I'm not sure if it's something I'm dealing with. If someone could explain it so I could understand it better I'd greatly appreciate it.

    A few months ago when I was fapping everyday, I would have a slightly difficult time concentrating. Almost like my brain was moving way too slow. That is what I call 'Brainfog'.
