Thank you Terry Crews!

Off rip shout out to Terry Crews, one of the bravest guys ever. As we all know , he publicly came out years ago to the world say he was once addicted to porn and it destroyed his marriage , his personal relationships, and his entire life.

Now he is trying to help everyone. I'm sure someone has posted about this before and I have probably just missed it. 3 years ago Terry posted an entire Youtube video playlist called " Dirty Little Secret" where he gives us game on how he defeated his porn addiction and has managed to stay clean for 9 years! There are seven videos in the series and they are all fairly short, none are longer than 15 minutes. He goes into the deep psychological things that kept him addicted and the actions he had to take to finally free himself and how others can do it as well. His wife who stayed with him even after finding out he was addicted also speaks and gives her perspective.

Man I wish I knew about this years ago. It wouldn't have taken me so long to get the 300 day streak I am currently on now. Please watch the series when you have time, a lot of stuff he touched on opened my eyes. We need to beat the deeper meaning behind why we watch porn to truly free ourselves.
