Dangerous suggestion, do count it, but learn from your mistake. It will make you stronger.

    Good day to you again.

Quick update - the 6th day.
Monday was a horrible day, woke up with only one thing in my mind, P!
Luckily I had stuff to do, the distractions saved me. Did search for P on my old hard disk, while searching for an old install file.
I deleted all the P I could find in a former sort of reboot. I thank my former self haha.

This day began the same, thinking about it. Just went on gaming.. Maybe not the best idea, but it is distracting.
    Hold on guys :)

A lot of posts here are about how your making it through each day. How you're beating this urge and that morning wood. While it is ok to discuss this, the bulk of your writing should be how you're improving yourself. Actively focus on living your life to the fullest and the PMO will go away.

Read this link to understand what I'm talking about.

Proud of you, make a small note though, it's not about "going strong", it is that you ARE strong. You've already won this battle. Live each and every day in victory!

Wowzers, after reading that link.. It blew my mind. Finally the dots are connecting.
I am suffering from depression, that is the official diagnosis. And I thought it was because of things in the past and secrets I have been keeping.
Well they do have influence of course, but everything is just a symptom of running away from live.
I can quit the P, but then the games become addcition. If I quit the games, sport will become addictive. If I quit(or lower) the time spent on sport... and so on
Reading the Slight Edge at the moment! Going to get my life in order..

Sorry to hear about your depression, but quitting porn might be the single most beneficial thing you can do! It sounds like you have an addictive personality, just like me. I find, for me, an addictive personality can be synonymous with having bursts of motivation to do something stimulating everyday. Sometimes it's a negative habit (porn, video games, etc). But sometimes it's a healthy habit (exercise, reading, etc). I'm not just exercising, but training for a triathlon. I'm not just reading but I (actually) purchased 30 books (although this may be a result of an impulse purchase, not addiction).

The point I'm getting at is your addictive personality can be honed towards NoFap. Get "addicted" to NoFap and start creating all the habits necessary to overcome this addiction. The Slight Edge is a fantastic read. I finished it last week and I love the emphasis it places on forming small, successful habits. Forget about the "quantum leap". The "quantum leap" is how unsuccessful people view success as (do one thing one day, become successful tomorrow). Forming habits equals success. And in the case of PMO, forming all the habits to form the most successful you will diminish the hold PMO has on you.

Thanks for the uplifting spirit! Yeah those bursts of motivation, hypermotivation as I like to call them, are awesome when they are for good. Last week it was gaming I must confess, I need to be on the same lvl as a friend of mine, for some reason. This week reading is going to be my focus.
Btw are you going to read all 30 of them books? :p

I agree with you, form successful habbits will get rid of the unsuccessful habbits like PMO. Habbits can change with enough perserverence. Getting addicted to NoFap, haha. Should be one of the better addictions I had.
Now I am diving into the slight edge again ^^

I purchased them three weeks ago and I've read 3 and half of them so far. Glad to hear you getting back to the Slight Edge! I think it's worth trying to apply the principles and then re-reading the book in a month or two so you can assess how much progress you've actually made.
