  1. one simple tip: do the instant pleasurable activity after you do your main purpose things. like for brae here he will work on youtube and his body, then he goes into watching tv. but one thing: "somethings no matter how pleasurable, should never be done" like porn and masturbation and drinking alcohol. not only they are harmful but they are like the enemies in mario. when you hit them(do them) you lose your progress.

but somethings like an hamburger like you can eat that once a week. and also watching a tv show. these don't reset your progress and mess up your mind rather sometimes it can helpful. also i believe we should develop more healthier "pleasurable" "relaxing" habits like walking and spending time in nature and having more crafting habits like building a fountain or building a small robot on the side. there is so much in life you know. if i have one tip your you is there is more in life than netflix porn and masturbation.

  2. I would say that instant gratification and delayed activities aren’t mutually exclusive. Just because you are chasing a goal doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy video games. I personally play a high level of hockey about 2-3 hours every single day, and it’s hard work, but it doesn’t mean that I can’t find pleasure in gaming or the occasional milkshake. I would say that most people either don’t have the will power or motivation to be a David goggins or someone similar. So the question becomes when does instant gratification detract from your life? Personally I love relaxing and enjoying Netflix. It offers the break I need from an intense work out session. So I suppose the answer would be that instant gratification isn’t inherently bad, and can be a reward for when you are working towards your goal. Too much of anything is bad, including going too hard.

  3. You don't need some youtuber telling you what you need to do. Live your life the way you want but don't be too comfortable is all I can say. Comfort makes a man weak. Focus on your high level hockey and be succesful in that, if you're succesful in your craft, do whatever the hell you want next to it. Don't abuse your body, take good care of it though. You don't need anyone telling you otherwise.
