It doesn't get any simpler than that. Write whatever improvement you see in yourself at the end of your day. It can literally be anything( procrastinating less/ becoming respectful / breaking your push-up/pull-up/crunching/running streak...anything! When you reach improvement day 30, mention me telling us how you feel about yourself and some major improvements others noticed about you.
